Karishma Tanna is our fitness goal. The actor keeps sharing snippets of her workout routine on her Instagram profile with the intention of motivating her Instagram family to start taking fitness seriously. Weekends, for us, might be for chilling but Karishma Tanna had different plans for her Sunday. Karishma started her Sunday right with an intense workout session. Karishma believes in focusing her energy, dedication and enthusiasm to her fitness routine. However, the actor also believes in taking a break from fitness once in a while and indulging into her favourite meals.

For Christmas and New Year, Karishma took a long break from her gym routine and celebrated it her way with her family, friends and sumptuous meals. She spoke of the need of taking rest and giving rest to the body once in a while to come back to fitness with fresh enthusiasm. Karishma, who got married recently to fiancé Varun Bangera, also sets couple fitness goals higher with snippets of them working out together.

For Sunday, Karishma chose to work out on her leg muscles and arm muscles with an intense routine. Karishma swears by high intensity workout routine and yoga and Sunday was no different. In the video, Karishma can be seen starting her day with an intense pullup routine. With her body balanced on her arms holding a bar, Karishma can be seen working out her leg muscles, together and then alternately. Then she can be seen targeting her arm muscles by exercising with dumbbells. In the end part of the video, Karishma can be seen pulling on a gym equipment harnessed on top and working on her arm muscles. Take a look:

Leg workouts help in losing fat and toning the body. It also helps in strengthening the joints and the core. Leg workouts also help in preventing osteoporosis and promote bone health. Arm workouts, on the other hand, helps in promoting better heart health and reducing the risk of injuries. It also helps in developing the posture of the body and protecting the bones.
