Amid Russia-Ukraine conflict, United States President Joe Biden held an important video call with the Chinese President Xi Jinping. The White House revealed that the call lasted for nearly 2 hours. This is the first call between the leaders of the two superpowers since Russia, also a superpower, launched a full-scale invasion on Ukraine on February 24. As per reports, Chinese president Xi Jinping told his American counterpart Joe Biden that conflicts between states are in no one’s interest and that Washington must shoulder due responsibilities for world peace.
