Total Lunar Eclipse 2022: On May 16, the world witnessed the stunning view of the blood moon, owing to the total lunar eclipse. The total lunar eclipse, also known as the blood moon, happens when the Earth comes between the Sun and the moon. This leads to the moon falling in the umbra – the darkest part of the shadow of the earth.(AFP)
