Former AAP leader Kumar Vishwas has been booked for provoking a riot after his Khalistani jibe at Arvind Kejriwal before Punjab Assembly elections. A team of Punjab police delivered a notice to Vishwas at his home today after which he slammed Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and warned him of a potential betrayal from Kejriwal.
