It is much easier to sing in studio rather than singing live.

According to Richa, it is much easier to sing in the studio compared to the live performances.

The largest factors in both the cases are the acoustical environment the voice is being miced in, and the listening environment.

One can give tons more control over how a performance turns out in a studio, than you have over a live performance. In a studio, you can control noise levels, acoustics, & the noise ratio between the singer & the accompanist, or among instruments.

In fact, different people can lay down tracks at different times. You can record things repeatedly & cobble together the best parts of each recording & edit out any mistakes.

Comparatively in the live performances, concert halls are very reverberant, the space is huge and uncontrolled.

You can’t have all that care with sound quality and equipment and you’ll also listen it on a big place so the sound will come different with more echo and reverb.

Also everything is spontaneous, you cannot edit anything. With the given sound and the band you have to perform that too while making sure your audience enjoy the performance.

Therefore it is more difficult to become a live performer than a playback singer.
